While indulging in the ambiance, there's something to be said about balancing luxury with value-this hotel seeks to provide that. The staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality, especially when faced with our unfortunate bout of food poisoning. Their willingness to communicate through a translation app was appreciated. A plumbing mishap led to minor flooding in our room, yet they responded swiftly with professional cleanup and fresh amenities-a commendable effort. The room itself, while comfortable, may not resonate with those accustomed to opulence. Laundry services were prompt, returning my 5 kg of clothing the next day, which is quite handy for travelers. The air conditioning wasn't necessary during my visit, but it's offered. In essence, Casa Puga gives a decent value proposition with its strategic location and attentive service, making it a pragmatic choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort without eroding their wallets.
