While indulging in the ambiance, there's something to be said about balancing luxury with value—this hotel seeks to provide that. The staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality, especially when faced with our unfortunate bout of food poisoning. Their willingness to communicate through a translation app was appreciated. A plumbing mishap led to minor flooding in our room, yet they responded swiftly with professional cleanup and fresh amenities—a commendable effort. The room itself, while comfortable, may not resonate with those accustomed to opulence. Laundry services were prompt, returning my 5 kg of clothing the next day, which is quite handy for travelers. The air conditioning wasn't necessary during my visit, but it's offered. In essence, Casa Puga gives a decent value proposition with its strategic location and attentive service, making it a pragmatic choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort without eroding their wallets.
